Tammy Eubanks
Tammy is detail-oriented, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help someone. With an administrative background and a passion for customer service, she enjoys making sure the little things are taken care of. She’s also a former president of the Newberry Jaycees! When she’s not working, Tammy enjoys camping, thrifting with family, and listening to her bonus son’s band perform. And while her husband may call their 16 goats livestock, Tammy admits she gets a little too attached to them!
Kinya Curry
Kinya is a people person through and through! With more than a decade at Roper Staffing, she’s passionate about building relationships, understanding clients’ needs, and creating connections that last. Her outgoing personality and warm spirit make it easy for her to strike up a conversation just about anywhere. And if there’s music playing, don’t be surprised if Kinya is the first one dancing! Outside the office, she loves traveling, reading, enjoying a good spa day, and making memories with family and friends. Of course, life wouldn’t be complete without Apollo, her very vocal 140-pound Rottweiler, who always makes sure his presence is known!
Jessica Chambers
Jessica loves the challenge of finding the right person for the right opportunity. With five years of staffing experience, she’s known for being dependable, responsive, and committed to building lasting relationships. She’s also pursuing an accounting degree, proving that she’s always ready to learn something new. When she’s off the clock, Jessica enjoys reading, crocheting, thrifting, and cheering on the Baltimore Orioles. Her two energetic dogs, Scooby Doo and Ruby Doo, make sure there’s never a dull moment at home!
Najee Cobbs
Najee brings determination, positivity, and a genuine passion for people to her role at Roper Staffing. With a background in administration and human resources, she enjoys helping individuals recognize their strengths and discover opportunities to succeed. She’s known for following through and refusing to give up on a challenge. Outside the office, Najee loves self-care, fun experiences, and everything about the fall season — especially the “-ber” months! She’s also a fierce UNO competitor, while her French Bulldog, Stormi, is the undisputed queen of the couch.
Mary Branham
Mary loves a challenge, and in staffing, every day brings something new! With a background in education, she’s especially passionate about training new team members, mastering technology, and helping people find the right employment opportunities. She was also Roper Staffing’s first employee to earn the Certified Staffing Professional designation. Outside work, Mary enjoys trying new recipes, crafting, exploring restaurants, and teaching piano. She’s always up for trivia or a board game – just don’t ask her to compete in sports!
Lori Baxley
Lori has been part of the Roper Staffing story since 1999, working her way through numerous roles before becoming a Branch Manager. She’s known for listening carefully, following through, and taking the time to truly understand what makes each client’s business unique. Here’s a fun surprise: despite being great at connecting with people, Lori considers herself an introvert! Outside work, she enjoys gardening, swimming, singing, and being “Lolli” to her grandchildren. Her spoiled bulldog, Bella, and two cats keep home life interesting.
