Takia combines her love of people with a knack for technology to help applicants and clients connect successfully. With experience in recruiting and customer service, she’s known for building relationships, solving problems, and being the unofficial go-to person when technology acts up! She’s especially proud of growing from Staffing Assistant to Staffing Specialist. Outside work, Takia is a devoted family person, a dancing enthusiast, and a serious foodie who will happily travel for a great restaurant. Her energetic puppy, Shaggy, keeps her on her toes!
Denise Urban
With 32 years at Roper Staffing, Denise knows a thing or two about building relationships and helping people succeed! Having served in several roles throughout her career, she brings a wealth of experience, a compassionate heart, and a genuine commitment to finding the right staffing solutions for her clients. Known for her ability to listen, connect with others, and tackle challenges, Denise believes that how you make people feel matters most. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her husband and two sons, exploring charming small towns, and cheering on her favorite college football teams. And here’s a fun fact — Denise once sang a country song live on the radio to win a contest! Her Goldendoodle, Jax, is also quite the character, especially when he’s swimming, chasing a Frisbee, or patiently modeling one of his many hats!

If there’s one thing Cynthia loves, it’s people! With a background in hospitality, community relations, and event planning, she brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for connecting with others to Roper Staffing. She’s also an entrepreneur, event decorator, and proud grandmother. Whether she’s helping someone find employment, organizing an event, or spending time with her family, Cynthia gives it her all. Her personal motto says it best: “May the work I’ve done speak for me!”
Lisa Sligh
With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Lisa brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to helping people find great opportunities. She loves seeing the right job match turn into long-term success. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys camping, traveling, NASCAR, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. She’s also a certified Mariner Pilot who captains her family’s adventures on Lake Murray! On a perfect Saturday, you’ll find her enjoying the lake views or cheering for her grandson, Case, at the baseball field.
Sandra Pitts
With 16 years of staffing experience, Sandra knows that great relationships are at the heart of successful placements. She’s dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in helping people find employment while supporting the needs of Roper Staffing’s clients. Outside the office, Sandra is all about family, football, and WWE wrestling! She’s also a fan of classic Westerns and enjoys relaxing with her favorite shows. Whether she’s helping an applicant or cheering on her favorite team, Sandra brings dedication and enthusiasm to everything she does.
Haley Nash, CSP
Haley is a relationship-builder, problem-solver, and the person you want in your corner when a challenge comes along. As a Certified Staffing Professional, she loves connecting great people with great opportunities and making sure everyone feels supported along the way. Away from work, Haley is happiest making memories with her family, exploring new places, or spending time at the lake. She’s always up for an adventure, especially one with a little adrenaline! At home, her Great Dane, Maddie, is convinced she’s a lap dog.
