She’s also a certified Mariner Pilot who captains her family’s adventures on Lake Murray! On a perfect Saturday, you’ll find her enjoying the lake views or cheering for her grandson, Case, at the baseball field.

Outside work, Lee Anne is a certified yoga instructor, devoted grandmother to four granddaughters, and a serious Biltmore Estate enthusiast. In fact, she visits so often that she hopes to become a tour guide there one day in retirement!

After a 30-year career as a pediatric nurse, Robbie brought her compassion, patience, and calm-under-pressure personality to Roper Staffing. She loves meeting new people, sharing a laugh, and helping applicants feel comfortable and welcomed. When she’s not working, Robbie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, playing golf, fishing, and discovering great places to eat. Her ideal morning starts with a good cup of coffee on the porch. And while she never planned on becoming a cat person, a rescued kitten named Bella had other ideas!
