A former South Carolina barrel racing champion, she’s no stranger to hard work, determination, or a little horsepower. These days, she enjoys riding horses, family time, and spoiling her dachshund, Kayce.

Billie Dekle

With nearly 30 years in staffing and a career at Roper that has taken her from Staffing Specialist to President & CEO, Billie knows the business from just about every angle. She’s a creative problem-solver who believes in empowering people, leading with kindness, and making a difference every day. Outside the office, Billie treasures spending time with her family, whether they’re making memories together or enjoying a new adventure. She also loves kayaking, biking, and music of just about any genre. Challenge her to music trivia or a little friendly competition, but be warned – Billie likes to win! And of course, her spoiled four-legged sidekick, Cooper, keeps life entertaining.

Lauren Brown

With 15 years at Roper Staffing, Lauren is a true team player who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From payroll to accounts receivable, she’s always ready to jump in wherever needed. Outside the office, you’ll find her cheering on her three kids at their sporting events, especially soccer! A former nationally competitive dancer and color guard performer, Lauren also spent 15 years coaching high school color guard. Her motto? Be yourself, treat others with kindness, and find happiness along the way!

Shannon Boyd

Shannon enjoys making sense of the numbers and solving the financial puzzles that help keep Roper Staffing running smoothly. With experience in public accounting, internal auditing, and financial management, she brings a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to her work. But Shannon isn’t all spreadsheets and statements! She loves working with her hands and participates in construction mission trips each year. Her ideal Saturday might involve canoeing on the water or relaxing in a hammock in the mountains. At home, a growing collection of dogs and cats keeps things lively.
