With more than 42 years at Roper Staffing, Barbara has truly done it all! Starting as the company’s bookkeeper (at the tender age of 10, of course!), she has worn just about every hat imaginable and excelled in every role along the way. As Roper's longtime Chief Operating Officer, her leadership, dedication, and determination played an instrumental role in the company's growth and success. Now, she's come full circle, leading the accounting department where her Roper journey first began! Known for her fierce competitive spirit and love of winning, Barbara brings that same passion to everything she does. Outside the office, you'll find her enthusiastically cheering on her grandchildren at the soccer fields, traveling, or spending quality time with family in Tennessee. She also loves escaping with her husband to Virginia every chance she gets!
